| Welcome and thanks for visiting my website. In these pages, I've displayed the bird photographs I made mostly from India,
and some images from North America while I was there for work.
The world and life of birds fascinate me endless, and I derive great pleasure in carrying
my camera and scouting around in search of better pictures of birds in their natural
environment. The way of the eagles, the mystery and private world of the night owls,
the shorebirds and ducks that migrate up and down great oceans and mighty mountains,
the tiny birds that eke out a living amidst teeming humans in our cities, the powerful
Peregrine Falcon hunting at speeds exceeding 300 kilometers per hour,
				and the high flying
vultures that scout our deserts, mountains and forests for the dead and rotting - each bird has
its own niche in the environment, and each its own way and lifestyle - one life time is not
				enough to know them all.
Nothing excites me more than a nice bird in first light in a great perch., or working
my way through mud and muck to approach a wading bird for a portrait., or the sudden shrieking call of an owl
out of the sacred night - the ageless, mystical call of the wild. You gotta love it!

A lot of my inspiration and thinking are shaped by writings of few men like Jim Corbett, Billy Arjan Singh and George Adamson -

I see trees of green, red roses tooI see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world...
